Hannah Loss
Hannah Loss is a highly skilled Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher and Level III Neuro Studio Practitioner with backgrounds in both the art of dance and the science of applied neurology.
She was comprehensively trained by Carolina Gil-Ortegon in the McEntire Pilates Method in 2015, and went on to study Applied Neurology through Z-Health University, and The Neuro Studio.
With 18 years of dance training and 7 years as a semi-professional dancer, she brings compassion, intuition, and a deep understanding of the mind-body connection to her teaching.
Hannah now works with BodyMind Pilates through her own practice, Eadha Pilates.
We’re grateful for the time she spent as part of the BodyMind Pilates team and are happy to continue collaborating with her in this next chapter. Hannah brings the same thoughtful, skilled approach to her work, now offered independently through Eadha Pilates.
To schedule sessions with Hannah, please visit her website at Eadha Pilates for availability and booking details.
Eadha (pronounced “ee-duh”) Pilates Philosophy:
- Private sessions should be designed for your body and goals, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
- Pilates is for EVERY BODY and that includes folks of all sizes, identities, and levels of ability.
- Movement sessions should always include sensory mapping, coordination, and body awareness.
- Fitness should feel good—not like a punishment
- Eadha Pilates is committed to ongoing education and learning the latest in rehabilitative and neuro-inclusive Pilates.
- Client concerns are heard and respected.
- Sessions are to remain within my scope of practice. I do not give medical or nutritional advice, and I will encourage you to seek care from your medical providers when it is called for.
