We are excited to share the benefits of rebounding!
Rebounding provides lots of benefits with half the effort (but it’s still quite a workout). Since rebounding multiplies the force of gravity on your body up to four times without the wear and tear of a high-impact workout, you can achieve all the following benefits from rebounding:

- Improved Health on a Cellular Level
- Pelvic Floor Strength
- Cardio Strength
- Improved Lymphatic Function
